WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME BETWEEN PLACING AND RECEIVING MY ORDER?
Allow up to 3 business days from when an order is placed to receiving a shipment confirmation. Please note we do not ship on public holidays.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Our standard shipping method, unless otherwise requested is FedEx ground for flat rate of $8.00. Please allow up to 8-10 business days for delivery within the 48 contingent states.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been placed. A second email will be sent containing package tracking information as well as details about the purchase. Information is also available in your account history on cuveebeauty.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your satisfaction is important to us!
We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the product and we will issue a refund.
Kindly be advised:
- We're sorry; return shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- We cannot issue refunds or accept returns of products purchased from other retail channels.
- Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
- Prior to returning your item(s), please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number, name, email address, phone number and reason for returning the product(s) and our customer service team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

- Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, full name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product.
- Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been received. If products are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
- We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
- Your return request will be processed promptly.
Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return request.
- We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return.
