Are Cuvée products safe to use if I have chemically treated hair or color my hair?

Yes, all Cuvée products are safe to use on color treated or chemically treated hair. In fact, using Cuvée products will help restore and improve the condition of chemically altered hair.

Are Cuvée Products free of Sulfates, Parabens, and Phthalates?

Yes, Cuvée formulas were developed without harsh chemicals and do not contain sulfates, parabens, or phthalates.

Are Cuvée products tested on animals?

Absolutely NONE of our products are tested on animals. Cuvée Beauty is a cruelty free company.

Where are Cuvée products made?

Our products are made in the United States of America. However, our premium grade, high efficacy ingredients are sourced from around the world. Cuvée products are tested by professional hairdressers.

Is there really Champagne in your products?

Yes! Since Champagne is made from grapes, and our grape seed extracts are sourced from the Champagne region of France (the "Cuvée" grapes or "the best of the batch") there is indeed Champagne in each of the the Cuvée products. Champagne extracts contain powerful, damage-preventing antioxidants that neutralize free radicals to keep hair healthy, hydrated and strong.

Can I layer my Cuvée products on top of each other?

Our products are meant to be used together. Layering and combining products will only enhance results and help better achieve desired look and results.

What is the time frame between placing and receiving my order?

Allow up to 3 business days from when an order is placed to receiving a shipment confirmation. Please note we do not ship on public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been placed. A second email will be sent containing package tracking information as well as details about the purchase. Information is also available in your account history on cuveebeauty.com.

What is your shipping policy?

Our standard shipping method, unless otherwise requested is FedEx ground for flat rate of $4.99. Free shipping with any purchase of $40.00 worth of products (excludes sales tax if applicable). Please allow up to 8-10 business days for delivery within the 48 contingent states. We also offer an Expedited 2-day Shipping for $18.95.

International shipping is $18 USD flat rate

How does return refunding work?

If you were eligible for returning/exchanging your item(s) and completed the Returnly process, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 days of the order being received back at our warehouse.

You will be notified of refunding once it is processed.

Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded. Some exclusions may apply.
