We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the product and we will issue a refund.
Kindly be advised:
- We're sorry; return shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Returned Products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee, which will automatically be deducted from your refund.
- We cannot issue refunds or accept returns of products purchased from other retail channels. Please contact your retailer directly.
- Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
- Prior to returning your item(s), please contact customer service at email@example.com, quoting your order number, name, email address, phone number and reason for returning the product(s) and our customer service team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
The customer service team will give you instructions on how to return your order.
Your return request will be processed promptly.
Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return request.
We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return.
