What is the time frame between placing and receiving my order?
Allow up to 3 business days from when an order is placed to receiving a shipment confirmation. Please note we do not ship on public holidays.
What is your shipping policy?
Our standard shipping method, unless otherwise requested, is FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail for flat rate of $4.99. Please allow up to 8-10 business days for delivery within the 48 contingent states. We also offer an Expedited 2-day Shipping for $18.95.
International shipping is $18 USD flat rate
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been placed. A second email will be sent containing package tracking information as well as details about the purchase. Information is also available in your account history on cuveebeauty.com.
