Tis the season of all things pumpkin and today we wanted to bring you this quick and easy fall cocktail recipe featuring our fav hero ingredient: Champagne. The name of the cocktail alone is enough to get us going so let’s just jump right into to!
Pumpkin Champagne Cocktail
1 ounce gin
1 barspoon pumpkin puree
½ ounce lemon juice
¼ ounce simple syrup (1:1)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Champagne (or sparkling wine)
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, pumpkin, lemon juice, syrup and bitters. Shake well and strain into a flute. Top with the Champagne and serve.
Voila! This cocktail covers all the bases and it’s the perfect way to kick off your Thanksgiving feast. Serve me one of these and I’m all yours. You had me at Champagne...
