How can I strengthen my hair after swimming?
The best way to strengthen hair after a pool workout is by washing with a top shampoo and conditioner. You’ve already read about the benefits of our shampoo, but pair it with our Cuvée conditioner and you’ve got a haircare power couple! Gently squeeze hair after washing to get rid of excess water. Using a quarter size amount (less on short hair) of conditioner, work it through hair from the mid-shaft to the ends. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes, or longer if you have time! Rinse in cool or tepid water. Your hair will be soft, shiny and have just the right of volume. And, because our conditioner is also infused with the Cuvée Complex, it will be moisturized and nourished, as well.
