Very slick bottles but the products inside not very good. I didn’t like the smell of either the shampoo or conditioner. They also seemed to dull my hair. I had to rewash my hair because I couldn’t stand the feel and look of my hair.
I love the shampoo and conditioner but wish the packaging containers and the shipping quality was better. The last package arrived with half the bottles damaged due to the lack of any protective packaging included (just loose bottles in a cardboard box). It’s not what you’d expect for a higher-priced haircare line. That said, the products themselves are excellent; it works equally well on my hair and my husband’s, and ours have different textures.

Love the shampoo and conditioner. Use the sugar scrub and mix it in with the shampoo. Rinse and add conditioner. My scalp feels tingly and my hair feels so clean. After blow drying , my hair is smooth, silky and shiny..and my hair is thin and dyed. Easy to style and manage.

I have used the shampoo conditioner duo three times and believe it enhances my curls, and helps with detangling my hair. I do find it’s difficult to get the conditioner out of the bottle. Additionally, I am not a fan of the shampoo and conditioner fragrance. It’s cloying and sweet.
