This seems to work pretty good. Gives my fine hair lots of body and my curls stay curled for days after and I think it does help with frizz somewhat. The only downside about the product is it feels very sticky and does not detangle my hair when brushed. In fact it makes it more tangled and it seems hard to wash out of hair even after two washings. :(
I have only used this twice so far but my hair seems protected from heat. It is smooth with no frizz.
